My approach to therapy

Uses an evidence-based practice approach, follows organizational guidelines, and applies critical thinking to deliver high-quality care.

What you can expect from me

A client would expect a rise in self-awareness by having a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Would gain Practical Coping Skills for managing stress, anxiety, depression, or other symptoms. A clear roadmap for addressing their mental health concerns, including therapy goals and potential medication options if needed. A safe, nonjudgmental space to share experiences and feelings.
