Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Shea Pines. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As a former program coordinator, professor, surgical assistant, and a mother of four, I understand the importance of prioritizing self-care and mental wellness. I believe that therapy can be an invaluable tool in maintaining personal and professional productivity and overall health.

My approach to therapy

I offer a faith-centered therapy for couples, children, teens, and adults. I specialize in perinatal health, anxiety, depression, and healing from abuse and trauma. With a compassionate, goal-focused approach, I help clients build resilience, align with their values, and create meaningful, fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

Because each client person has their own unique different challenges issues and, goals, therapy will differ for each individual. Depending on your specific needs, therapy can be short-term, for (to address a distinct specific issue of limited scope), or longer-term, to tackle more complex issues or difficult patterns or your desire for more personal development).
