Great to meet you!

Offering decades of experience, I've learned that true healing begins when your feel truly seen. Because no two journeys are the same, I draw from a wide range of trauma-informed modalities to tailor a holistic path that honors your unique needs.

I hold a Master of Social Work and am fully licensed to practice in MA, RI, CT, SC and VA. My academic foundation includes bachelor's degrees in both Psychology and Social Work. I currently provide all services exclusively via telehealth, offering flexible and accessible care to clients across my licensed states.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply rooted in compassion and safety, ensuring you have a secure space to explore even the most complex challenges. I support adults in their journey towards integrated healing, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.

What you can expect from me

I see our first session as a time for me to learn your story and share my thoughts on how we can help you moving forward. We'll work together to build a treatment plan that fits your life and feels doable. Right from the start, my goal is to make sure you feel safe and truly understood. Your well-being is my top priority, and I strive to create a space where you can be yourself without any fear of judgement. I invite you to reach out today to schedule your initial consultation.
