Great to meet you!

Hello seeker. I have been a practicing therapist for over 12 years. As a military veteran myself, I understand the needs of military families. Counseling can be intimidating, so allow me to ease this process into your life routine. You will never regret it.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am experienced in working with adults with anxious and depressive disorders. However, much of my work includes addressing childhood trauma, relationship and attachment issues, and generational healing patterns.

What you can expect from our first session

Counseling is for everyone, and anyone can benefit from self-understanding and self-exploration, so please don't wait to begin the journey to healing. It will be a privilege and an honor to be of assistance on your journey. Please visit my podcast to introduce you to some of my work. Podcast Title: "Drive-Thru Therapy."
