Great to meet you!
We all have times in our lives that feel particularly overwhelming. Sometimes relationship or parenting struggles can bring up past trauma memories that you haven’t talked about or don’t quite feel resolved. In these situations, having strong reactions or emotions that are hard to manage is natural and very understandable. To find steadiness in ourselves, we have to learn to practice caring for ourselves. I can help you develop a stronger and more trusting relationship with yourself and start feeling better.
I help people struggling with relationships, regulation, self-worth , and the impact of addiction because of past trauma. I also offer practical support in learning DBT-informed coping skills, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction strategies. All relationship structures are welcome in my practice.
With fifteen years of trauma-informed experience, I've seen this process work for a lot of people. By building a safe and supportive relationship in therapy, you can reconnect to yourself and see change happen in your life.
