Great to meet you!

When we sit together, it's a special time for you to feel heard and understood. You may see yourself or your situation in a new way, and feelings and decisions may become clearer. Many things are possible with the support of the therapeutic relationship and we can begin your process toward wellbeing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Whatever you are struggling with, it is my priority to help you cope, heal and develop skills to make you a healthier, stronger person. At a time when we are increasingly isolated from each other, I make it a priority to meet with you in person.

What you can expect from our first session

It is my goal to listen carefully and explore your situation with you using compassion, understanding, expertise and sometimes a little humor. I can help you feel empowered to handle whatever you face in life and to do the best you can for yourself, your feelings, and the choices you make. Together we can discover how to best care for yourself and/or others.
