Experience working in settings from acute inpatient behavioral health units as a therapist to being the administrative director of an outpatient substance abuse clinic. Every client is an individual and I individualize each person’s treatment. I provide a variety of approaches from concrete tools based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help manage anxiety to non-verbal sensory based interventions to help get in touch with and express feelings.
I provide a safe space for self expression as well as support to help manage anxiety, depression and addiction in day to day life. Empowerment and relief are the main take aways. I help clients design a personalized map for their healing journey.
