I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Good Therapy SF, where I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, and relationship challenges. I’ve been practicing since 2013 and use an evidence-based approach grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness and practical skills to help clients make meaningful changes.
