Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Good Therapy SF, where I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, and relationship challenges. I’ve been practicing since 2013 and use an evidence-based approach grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness and practical skills to help clients make meaningful changes. My style is collaborative, structured, and focused on helping you better understand patterns that keep you stuck.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatments like CBT, with a strong focus on helping clients build practical skills they can use outside of sessions. I tend to be structured and goal-oriented. I enjoy working with adults who want more than just insight, they want clear strategies to feel better and function more effectively. Throughout the process, I aim to be direct, supportive, and focused on helping you make measurable progress.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a structured but comfortable conversation where we clarify what’s bringing you in, what’s been tried before, and what you want to change. I focus on quickly identifying patterns—like cycles of anxiety, burnout, or relationship stress—so we can begin outlining a clear, practical plan. We’ll also talk through goals in concrete terms, so you leave with a sense of direction rather than just insight. The environment is professional, collaborative, and straightforward, with an emphasis on helping you feel understood while also moving toward meaningful progress.
