Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years experience in the mental health field. I have worked with people in a variety of settings including private practice, inpatient substance use treatment and community mental health. My diverse experience in mental health includes depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, grief, and stress management.

My approach to therapy

Growth is most effective in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. You can expect an accepting, supportive, and collaborative approach as you work towards your goals. My approach to counseling is person centered and trauma informed and utilizes evidenced based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing that empower individuals on their journey to recovery and healing.

What you can expect from me
