Todd Walker

Todd is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been in the field of social work for 15 years. Spending the bulk of his career in non-profit management working in Los Angeles and Ventura County, Todd developed a passion for removing barriers for access to care while ensuring that every client has access to, and deserves, excellent mental health services. Throughout his career in social services, he gained experience in all levels of care including residential treatment, transitional housing, and outpatient services within the social service system. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Master’s in Social Work Program, where he completed a concentration in children and families as well as a sub-concentration in public child welfare. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
