I have a PhD and am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping people understand why they do what they do. Every session is directed with insight and homework for the week. You are welcome as you are with the expectation that healing is always possible.

Through Attachment Theory and Psychoanalysis, clients create a cohesive story to explore how they develop over time. As they are able to do so, healing and recovery comes about naturally. My job is to work with whatever shows up in the room and help make sense of what to do next. All a client has to do is be present and open.
You will always have a clear understanding of where therapy is headed, as well as what to work on for the week. By the end of our time, you should be able to explain how every part of your life story informs who you are today. You get to decide what to do with that information and newfound hope for healthy relationships.
