I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years' of psychotherapy experience. I have expertise in providing clinical services to children, families, individuals, Military Service Members and their Families, geriatric psych, and vulnerable population groups. I have served those in our community aged 4 to 94 for a variety of needs to help them discover the healthiest version of themselves.
My clinical experience emphasizes a therapeutic approach and holistic understanding of each client's experience while providing support to each client. I treat psychiatric issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, domestic violence, abuse, family/couples counseling, anger management, behavioral Issues, and self-harm. My goal is to help my client navigate through stressors and challenging seasons of life while providing mental health care to help you achieve your goals.
