My name is Ursula Noto, PsyD. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is experienced in working with diverse populations within the Southern California region. I work with children, adolescents and adults, and utilize integrative psychotherapy interventions to support and empower clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and general life challenges. With empathy, I encourage self-compassion, self-acceptance and finding connection and meaning in your life's journey.

My approach to therapy is overall integrative, with focus on providing a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their authentic selves, what has meaning for them, and challenges.

What you can expect from me

First sessions primarily focus on asking typical background questions related to past and current history in order to assess symptoms, challenges and overall goals. In addition it also focuses on rapport building.
