Welcome. Thank you for taking the first step toward wholeness. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who focuses on systemic and relational healing. This includes journeying with my clients through ancestral, childhood, and adulthood life challenges to help them access and address pain.
I developed Nature Family Therapy (NFT) as a new paradigm to access wholeness. Rather than focusing on pain and healing as a cognitive or behavioral endeavor, we transform pain that lives in spirit, mind-body, meaning, mood, kinships, and purpose. This allows us to heal alongside our beyond-human kin (animals, plants, places, planet, ancestors) and fellow human kin.
We will talkstory about ancestral, childhood, and adulthood life challenges and co-create a map of how to move through transformation of pain into purpose that benefits all parts of the collective whole. Therapy is transformative and radical.
