My approach to therapy

I prioritize a patient-centered approach, treating the individual rather than just their symptoms. I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships, engaging patients in their care plans, and respecting each patient’s preferences, needs, and values. My treatment approach fosters trust and improves adherence to treatment, leading to better mental health outcomes.
