Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Zul Estrada, a licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of complex traumatization across the lifespan. I’m a Registered Play Therapist and have a deep passion for working with teens, but I also work closely with adults navigating the lasting impact of trauma. My approach is trauma-informed and developmentally grounded, blending play-based and evidence-based techniques to support healing, resilience, and growth at every stage of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and rooted in a collaborative relationship. I believe that healing is most effective when we work together as a team, creating a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and understood.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where their experiences are heard and respected. Together, we work to build insight, emotional regulation skills, and healthier relationship patterns. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected—equipped with practical tools for managing challenges and fostering long-term growth. Whether we’re processing trauma, navigating life transitions, or strengthening self-worth, each session is designed to support healing at a pace that feels right for you.
