Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, operating from a person-centered approach; meaning, I will treat you as an individual and will draw on your unique strengths to address your treatment goals. I respect and value a client's trust in my skills. I welcome the opportunity to incorporate a spiritual component to your sessions, but will only do so by invitation. I look forward to our journey toward your healing!

My approach to therapy

I love to laugh and use inquisitive questioning to help you consider your options toward healing. Therapy can be tough - sometimes there are tears, many times there is laughter, but the goal is ultimately for you to feel better about yourself and life in general.

What you can expect from me

Self-compassion, healing from mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, panic attacks, spiritual/physical/sexual/mental abuse, and overall improvement in coping with this thing we call "life".
