Great to meet you!

Have you started wondering if the stress is worth it? Many of my clients are capable people who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they've worked so hard to build. I specialize in helping people navigate work stress, vocational burnout, anxiety, career dissatisfaction, and major life transitions. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck and create a path toward greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, author, and expert on vocational burnout with more than 25 years of experience helping people build healthier, more sustainable lives and careers.

My approach to therapy

You'll find me warm, accepting, and down-to-earth, but also honest and practical. I believe therapy should be both supportive and useful. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic approaches, and other evidence-based strategies to help you create meaningful change. Most importantly, I'm invested in your success. We'll work together to find what helps you feel better, function better, and build a life that feels aligned with who you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is more than identifying the problem. Most people already know what hurts. The more important question is: Why does this keep happening? Together, we'll begin looking beyond the immediate stressor to understand the patterns, beliefs, and vulnerabilities driving it. My goal is not simply to help you feel better temporarily, but to help you make sense of what's happening and identify meaningful paths forward.
