I work with people feeling unsatisfied with their current life and emotional situations, looking for a deeper sense of fulfillment, connection, and/or balance in their lives. I help find the connection between their thoughts and feelings. I explore how desires manifest themselves as: depression, anxiety, fears, disinterest, grief, low self-esteem, etc. I also explore how these impact their body. He offers spiritual guidance and perspectives to those that wish. All services must be approved by provider
I often use the attachment style as one ways of looking at your personal situation. This helps you as we explore your specific style of attachment, identifying barriers you wish to change or overcome. I am person centered and walk together with you on this journey of discovery and health. I focus on limbic regulation.
I work with a variety of cultural backgrounds, drawing from my own diverse heritage. I specialize in communication, complex emotional situations, history of loss, conceptualizing and creating plans to measure progress toward mental and emotional well-being. Your time is your life, your success, and your independence.

From my office in Portland OR and through telehealth, I offer therapy that’s grounded, thoughtful, and collaborative. My style is conversational — not clinical — and I aim to create a space where you feel heard, not judged. Whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, or just a lingering sense that something’s off, we’ll work together to uncover what’s beneath the surface and help you move forward.
I use tools like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), guided imagery, and practical strategies to help you find clarity and relief. But more than anything, I believe in the power of being truly understood — and how healing that can be.
You don’t need to have the right words. Just come as you are.

I received my graduate degree from University of Colorado at Denver in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education. I first became an LPC in Colorado. My training and practical experience has been eclectic, touching on approaches including humanistic (relation- centered), action-centered, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and somatic. I also attend to family, social-cultural, and socioeconomic context. More recently my focus includes the impact of trauma.

I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in ADHD, and addiction, with additional training in adolescent treatment. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, providing real-world, supportive care tailored to each patient's needs.
My ideal client is 15-55 and feeling stuck or overwhelmed by ADHD, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. They’re juggling school, work, and relationships, feeling the weight of trying to keep up. They want strategies that fit their life, symptoms managed, and a sense of control. They want to stop spinning their wheels and actually feel progress. Together, we create a path that feels doable and rooted in their strengths, aiming for meaningful growth without overwhelm. My role is to support them in feeling less overwhelmed, more empowered, and finally moving forward in a way that aligns with who they are.
I focus on helping young adults to middle age find balance in a world that’s pretty hectic. If you're dealing with ADHD, depression, anxiety, or issues around addiction or relationships, I'm here to help. My approach is down-to-earth and honest because I believe in meeting patients where they're at and working on what matters most to them.
We offer telehealth to fit around your life. We’re all about helping with the big stuff like mood, focus, and wellness – just without the “therapy voice.” When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outside, hanging out with my German Shorthair, Buddy (also a key team member). If you're ready to get started, let's connect!

I'm glad you're here.
Starting therapy can be a significant step on a journey to a more meaningful and fulfilling life. After completing my bachelor’s in journalism, I returned to school in my 40s to become a counselor. Both careers have given me the unique privilege of hearing the stories of people from all walks of life.
