Great to meet you!

Life can be complicated, relationships can be messy, and sometimes even the best of us could use a little help making sense of it all. I work with individuals and couples to navigate life's challenges, strengthen connections, and create meaningful change in a supportive, judgment-free space. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply looking to grow, we'll work together to find a path forward. And while therapy can be serious work, I believe healing happens best when there's room for authenticity, hope, and occasionally a little laughter along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in finding the right balance between validation, empowerment, and gentle challenge. I believe meaningful growth happens when clients feel understood and supported while also being encouraged to explore new perspectives and patterns. When working with couples, I draw from Gottman Method and experiential approaches to help partners strengthen connection, improve communication, and deepen understanding. For individual therapy, I integrate multiple evidence-based modalities to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs, goals, and strengths.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect me to ask questions that help me get to know you, understand your concerns, and determine how I can best support you. It is also an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for you to decide whether I am a good fit for your needs. Finding the right therapeutic relationship is important, and I encourage you to ask questions as well.
