I hold 20 years of experience where I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of people and fields such as, Human/Sex Trafficking, Domestic Violence, Childhood Sexual Trauma, Sex Addiction, Veterans, Female Injustices, Cultural Injustices, and ages ranging from 4-90.
I utilize the following forms of therapy; EMDR, Psychedelic therapy, CBT, DBT, Focused Art Therapy Processing, Emotional Freedom Therapy, Biofeedback, and more that are used in conjunction.
I believe that we can all grow from the situations we have experienced. Whether that experience be loss, addiction, or trauma of some sort. Our brains and bodies have a way of healing themselves through processing. Past experiences can cause us to feel alone, anxious, sad, unmotivated, angry, violated, and at times emotionally unstable. Here in therapy I walk the journey with you as we work through emotions, gain insight, and create more beneficial perspectives.
In my practice clients focus on their own journey and what inspires them. I request active participation in and outside of therapy. There will always be something a client should be working on. The more a person puts in effort in their therapy, the more progress they notice and the better they feel.
