Great to meet you!

My approach to working with individuals is through the lens of curiosity.

My 34 years of experience as a therapist have convinced and impassioned me about our ability to take those aspects of our lives that challenge and frighten us and transform them; therapy is that alchemical process.

Therapy can be approached with curiosity, a sense of adventure, discovery and awe.

I have multicultural experience, and can work well with individuals with diverse backgrounds, cultures and faiths.

My approach to therapy

My specific approach is forward-looking, focusing on your goals and desires rather than dwelling on past issues and hurdles. This approach can be particularly helpful for couples, allowing you to build a brighter future together.

What you can expect from me

My clients generally appreciate my approach that starts with an Attachment Interview and ties childhood and early family experiences to our current day relationship issues. My Trauma informed approach helps clients with practical tools to manage Anxiety and understand the Neurology of Fight and Flight.
