Great to meet you!

Hi! I help overwhelmed clients transform into confident participants in their lives! Life's journey can take us off balance and cause us to lose energy. Anxiety and depression often step in and take advantage of our vulnerability during these difficult times.

My life experiences and academic training have created a relatable counselor. This is a second career that I do while still practicing law. My soul's work is to be a therapist--and I show up wholly and completely for my clients.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy cognitive behavioral therapy, polyvagal theory, somatic approaches, and transgenerational therapy. I am also trauma-informed and EMDR trained.

What you can expect from me

I collaborate with clients to find tangible ways to manage their challenges. Empowerment is a focus of my therapy practice. I seek to help you understand what creates certain thoughts and behaviors so that you can better modify those unwanted behaviors. You are brave to seek help. It isn't an easy process, and we can get discouraged. Don't give up. You can be confident that I will meet you right where you are, without judgment. You can feel better!
