Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Supervisor (LMFT-S) with over a decade of experience and a deep passion for helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity.

Many women come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of who they are anymore. You may be juggling motherhood, relationships, work, and responsibilities while quietly carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs. Somewhere along the way, your own voice may have gotten lost.

I work with women who are navigating life transitions—whether that means setting boundaries with family, healing after divorce or relationship loss, adjusting to motherhood, or rediscovering themselves after years of putting others first.

Many of the women I work with are learning how to:

  • Set healthy boundaries without guilt
  • Break free from people-pleasing patterns
  • Navigate divorce or major relationship shifts
  • Reconnect with their identity outside of caregiving roles
  • Feel more confident in their decisions and relationships
  • Create healthier emotional patterns for themselves and their families

***I am currently only accepting new individual clients. I am not accepting couples or families at this time.***

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. I believe our struggles often make sense when we look at them in the context of our relationships, family history, and the roles we’ve learned to play in life. Together, we slow things down and make space to understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck so that you can begin to respond differently—with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor, I bring a systemic perspective to therapy—meaning we explore how your relationships, attachment patterns, and life experiences shape the way you show up in the world today. Therapy is not about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you reconnect with your strength, your voice, and the version of yourself that may have been buried under years of survival.

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to rise above the patterns that no longer serve you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. My goal in our first session is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood.

During our first meeting, we will spend time getting to know each other and talking about what has brought you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as you feel ready to. Some clients come in with a clear idea of what they want to work on, while others just know something in their life isn’t working the way it used to—and both are completely okay.

In this session, we will typically:

• Talk about what is currently feeling difficult or overwhelming

• Explore important relationships and life circumstances that may be connected to what you’re experiencing

• Identify patterns or themes that may be showing up in your life or relationships

• Discuss what you hope will feel different as a result of therapy

• Answer any questions you have about the therapy process

If you’re navigating things like life transitions, motherhood, relationship struggles, divorce, or learning to set boundaries, we will begin exploring how these experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others.

You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. My role is to walk alongside you as we make sense of what you’re going through and begin identifying meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want.

Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved simply from having a space where they can speak openly and be met with understanding rather than judgment.
