I am a doctorally prepared board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with prescriptive authority providing treatment across the lifespan for psychiatric ailments and disorders.

I treat mood disorders, anxiety, attention problems, trauma, behavioral issues, emotional disturbances, and troubled thought patterns using medications and supplements.

I graduated from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and a MS in Nursing.

I provide medication management using a holistic and functional medicine approach.

I am your mental health navigator—helping you set a better baseline and guiding you to peak wellness.

I don’t make medication decisions for you — instead, I provide you with options and empower you to make choices about your care.

While I'm an expert in medication management, I'm open to exploring ideas you initiate and love to offer education about cutting-edge treatments and empirical evidence.
