I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience. I attended The University at Buffalo where I graduated with my masters degree. My work experience has included substance use, mental health, cancer and chronic illnesses, as well as end of life processing. In my private practice I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, life challenges, life transitions as well as managing the effects of grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

I received formal training in; Trauma Informed Care, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Families, Human Behavior, and Substance Use.

My practice is rooted in strength-based and solution-focused approaches. I believe that the person with the problem is also the one with the answers. My role is to help you uncover those opportunities.
