Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and Maryland. I earned my BA in Psychology from Towson University and have dual master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology and Forensic Psychology. I bring a diverse educational background to my practice.

My approach to therapy

I employ a combination of therapy styles, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My goal is to find the right approach for each client, making sure you feel safe and supported every step of the way. I am pursuing certifications in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Grief Counseling.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll make sure you feel at ease. We’ll discuss what brings you here, your goals, and what you hope to get from our time together. It’s all about setting the stage for our therapeutic journey together.
