Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Brooke, a licensed therapist who is passionate about supporting women through not only life’s biggest transitions, but also everyday life. I specialize in perinatal mental health and love working with birthing people as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum, identity changes, relationships, and the emotional ups and downs that can come with this season of life.

In addition to perinatal mental health, I work with anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, burnout, and life transitions. I love helping people better understand themselves, build healthier patterns, improve communication and relationships, and find practical tools that actually make daily life feel easier.

I know therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to create a space that feels warm, relaxed, and genuinely human — somewhere you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. I value authenticity, connection, humor when it fits, and helping clients feel truly seen and understood.

I see therapy as a collaborative process, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply trying to figure out who you are in a new season of life, I’d be honored to support you along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely connected with their therapist, so I strive to create a space that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, and authentic.

I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to better understand patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools that improve daily life and relationships. I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs and goals while drawing from evidence-based practices including CBT, mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

I especially value helping clients build self-compassion, feel more confident navigating difficult emotions, and create healthier ways of coping and communicating. Whether we are processing a major life transition, managing anxiety, navigating the challenges of parenthood, or working through past experiences, my goal is to help clients feel supported, empowered, and more connected to themselves.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so there’s no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been feeling difficult lately, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process.

I also like to spend time getting to know you as a whole person — not just the challenges you’re facing, but your relationships, strengths, experiences, and the different parts of your life that may be impacting your mental health. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing what support might look like moving forward.
