Since working with CMH I have been able to work with a large population of individuals with different challenges such as substance use, bereavement, trauma, domestic violence, family matters, and life goals. I am certified in DBT and DBT PE. I specialize in Behavioral Health, Personality Disorders, and Trauma Therapy. I have experience working with all ages from school age to geriatric clients.

I support those who struggle with trust after unhealthy relationships, major life transitions, or who have turned to alcohol or other substances to cope with emotional pain.
