I provide individual therapy tailored to your needs and personality. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, Insomnia, and hallucinations, but see clients struggling with a variety of issues. I have additional experience working with first responders, healthcare workers, and LGBTQIA+ clients. I also offer specialized treatments of EMDR, ERP, CBT-I for Trauma, OCD, and Insomnia. My ideal client is ready to invest in personal growth and is open to new perspectives.

My approach is collaborative and solution focused. My style is direct, compassionate, and respectful. My clients typically meet their goals within 4-6 months. I use evidence-based interventions that match your needs and personality, and work with you to help increase your knowledge and understanding of brain processes, emotion regulation, and more.

What you can expect from me

First session we complete intake forms, discuss style & structure, symptoms, stressors, and goals, discuss your life and history, and then hone in on a treatment plan to include frequency of follow up. Sessions are structured & solution focused so you achieve stability and wellness faster. I focus on evidence-based interventions that match your needs and personality. I work with you to help increase your knowledge and understanding of brain processes, emotion regulation, and more.
