Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Carlie, a dedicated therapist with nearly a decade of experience helping children, adolescents, adults and their families navigate life's challenges. My mission is to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, empowered, and understood, enabling them to thrive and reach their full potential.

I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, trauma survivors and victims of crime. I am also bilingual in Spanish and can provide services in this language.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on creating a trusting and engaging space where clients can express themselves freely. I specialize in working with adults and youth who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, self-harm and behavioral difficulties. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, using various techniques. Whichever difficulties or challenges you are experiencing, I am here to provide compassionate, empathetic and non-judgmental support.

What you can expect from me

During our time together, my goal is to provide a safe space to share your story, feel heard, empowered and find healing during your path towards well-being. I believe that fostering a positive therapeutic relationship with all clients is essential for successful therapy, and I look forward to partnering with you on this important journey.
