Great to meet you!

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and commitment to your mental health journey. This may feel like a holistic and person-centered approach that explores bodily consciousness, emotional processing, belief systems, social supports, cultural upbringing, and past trauma. You can also expect to develop practical tools for managing stress and building resilience as well. Above all, therapy should leave you feeling empowered, capable, and heard. My goal is to foster a safe environment where you feel free to open up without fear of judgement and the accountability to progress towards your goals, both within and beyond our sessions.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me feels like a collaborative process meaning I will always respect your intuitive wisdom and ask for clarifying questions along the way where we find a solution together. Whether you prefer a talk therapy approach or wish to incorporate EMDR, mindfulness, parts work/IFS, or a spiritual integration, I will work with you to make this space yours.

What you can expect from me

I teach people how to let go of lingering negative emotions that have outlived their purpose, creating a clearer distinction between our challenges and who we truly are. As unique as we all are, everyone experiences hardships, but those hardships do not define our worth or identity. Feel free to send me a message to see if we are a good match
