Crystal Pulido

I received my BA in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle. My counseling work experience includes providing individual therapy at the AUS community counseling clinic, Overnight supervision at ROOTS Young Adult Homeless Shelter, individual and family counseling, meal support, and group facilitation at an eating disorder recovery center for adolescents, and individual therapy, crisis intervention, outreach, and supervision at Seattle Pacific University's Student Counseling Center.

My approach is person-centered, culturally-sensitive, and nonjudgmental. I believe you are the expert of your life and my role is to provide guidance and support. I will work collaboratively with you to help meet your unique counseling goals. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches so that we can discover the most helpful resources for you.

My hope is that you will develop a stronger sense of self, heal wounds from your past, and instigate the changes that you want to see in your life.
