Great to meet you!

My name is David Graham, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I work with individuals, couples, and families to identify the challenges that may be interfering with their personal, relational, and professional goals. Through a collaborative, supportive process, I help clients gain insight, develop effective strategies, and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative partnership. Together, we will clarify what truly matters to you—your values, strengths, and the way you want to show up in your life and relationships. From there, we will focus on taking intentional action to face challenges, navigate obstacles, and create meaningful changes that support a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Each session is designed to leave you with something tangible—practical tools or next steps you can apply between sessions to improve your well-being. While therapy can involve ups and downs, we’ll move through that process together. I may suggest experimenting with new skills or perspectives that challenge familiar patterns, but your autonomy is central to our work. You always have the choice to engage at your own pace, and you are free to decline any suggestion at any time.
