Deidre Rideout

Deidre is a licensed clinical mental health counselor certified perinatal mental health provider in NH and ME. Deidre has her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Addictions Treatment, and her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.

Deidre has experience working with all ages, in all walks of life. After becoming a mother herself, Deidre became passionate about perinatal mental health and feels strongly about providing quality care to families navigating motherhood and parenthood. Deidre provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to support individuals and families.

Deidre provides person-centered care in an inclusive and supportive environment, and typically utilizes strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Deidre's hope is that clients will feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
