Hi. I'm Natalie, and I'm a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I'm very passionate about helping clients process past trauma of different types. I believe that the therapeutic relationship makes the biggest contribution to success in therapy.
I strive to help clients with both their daily ongoing stressors, while still identifying and working towards their long-term goals and commitments. I enjoy working with adolescents 16+ and adults of all ages, particularly those who are going through major transitions in their life, or coming to new realizations about themselves in any phase of life. I am a queer and neurodivergent identified and affirming therapist. I encourage you to reach out if you are looking for a therapist that can both hold quiet space, as well as push and challenge you in appropriate ways.
As a Licensed Therapist in MA and NH, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking support can be one of the hardest steps. Congratulations on taking making it here! I’ve been practicing for over 15 years, seeing ages 5 to 70 years. I predominately focus in areas of Anxiety, Depression, Behavior and Trauma.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, providing comprehensive mental health care across diverse populations. My background includes extensive work in behavioral health emergency settings, partial hospitalizations, IOP, recovery care, community psychiatric care. I also have experience supporting dually diagnosed patients with co-occurring medical conditions, giving me a broad perspective on the complex interplay between mental and physical health.
I earned my PMHNP degree from Post University and hold PMHNP licensure in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to evidence-based care, while continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and growth in the mental health field.
I work with clients of all ages facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, mood difficulties, chronic stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside while quietly feeling exhausted, avoidant, or trapped by patterns they can’t seem to change. If something in your life isn’t working, therapy can help.
My approach is relational, client-centered, and trauma-informed, with with particular expertise in contemplative and somatic practices that I am happy to share with my clients in sessions. I am known for being warm, direct and affirming. I am a rostered CPP clinician, and I also have training and experience in CBT, CPT, DBT, EMDR, Exposure Therapy, MBSR, Seeking Safety, MI, SFT, TF-CBT, MATCH, Art Therapy and IFS.
If you’re ready to step out of survival mode and into a more intentional way of living, I’d be glad to work with you.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or stuck in patterns shaped by past trauma, you're not alone- and you don't have to navigate it on your own.
I'm a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) specializing in helping individuals heal. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidenced based practices.

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Whether something has been weighing on you for years, you're feeling stuck, or you've just started noticing life feels harder than it used to, you deserve support. There doesn't have to be a "good enough" reason to reach out—if it's important to you, it's important.
Whether you're brand new to therapy or you've tried it before and walked away feeling unseen or misunderstood, you're welcome here. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly where to start—just showing up is enough.
