Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Denice Pacheco. I have been a therapist for 25 years, and I genuinely love the work I do. Throughout my career, I have drawn from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tools, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.

I am a Certified EMDR Therapist specializing in trauma, as well as addiction, anxiety, depression, and couples therapy.

Outside of my work, I am an animal lover and share my life with two dogs. I also have a great sense of humor, and there’s a good chance we may share some laughter along the way. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and approachable—healing doesn’t always have to feel overly clinical.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, personalized, and focused on helping clients move toward healing and growth in a way that feels empowering and sustainable. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in the healing process. Building a strong connection rooted in trust, authenticity, and collaboration is at the heart of my work. When clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood, they are better able to explore challenges, develop new insights, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self, knowing that your experiences will be met with compassion, respect, and genuine curiosity. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully seen and supported without judgment.

Together, we will create a collaborative and supportive partnership that encourages self-discovery, growth, and meaningful change. By building trust and working at a pace that feels right for you, we can create space for healing, strengthen resilience, and support lasting transformation in your life and relationships.
