Great to meet you!

Living in Africa, Brazil, and France exposed me to a wide range of cultures, belief systems, and ways of life. These experiences sparked a lasting interest in understanding people, relationships, and the impact of culture on how we think, feel, and connect. I went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology, and later a Master of Science with dual specializations in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling.

My approach to therapy

I work with adult women facing concerns such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, and alcohol dependence. My style is collaborative and personalized, grounded in trauma-informed and strengths-based care. I draw from approaches including solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, CBT, and positive psychology to support clients in building insight, resilience, and lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re looking for personal growth, support through life changes, or healthier relationships, I offer a supportive and compassionate space to help you move forward. Through collaboration, we will identify what’s holding you back and develop practical, lasting strategies for change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to create.
