Hi I'm Denise Pounds. During the past 30 years I've worked with a variety of issues. I currently specialize in anxiety and trauma. I am certified in EMDR for trauma, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual therapy, and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy. Based on attachment science, Emotionally Focused Therapy gets to the heart of clients’ problems quickly and effectively.
