Diana provides a supportive, bias-free space for Older adults, BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, and Neurodivergent individuals. With experience as a Career Counselor and Clinician, and insight from her past as a Licensed Massage Therapist, she understands how the body stores trauma. Diana works with adults (18+), and specializes in working with older adults, trauma, vicarious trauma, grief, substance use recovery. She has a particular affinity for medical professionals, musicians, and other healers. Openings for clients with self pay, Medicare, UHC, Aetna.

My approach to therapy

Diana is EMDR-trained, IFS-informed (think Inside Out for grown-ups). She brings lived experience with substance use and over a decade of sobriety into her work, supporting others in recovery with deep empathy. Her sessions often incorporate mindfulness and grounding practices—you can expect a breathing exercise or two!
