Great to meet you!

I am passionate about offering genuine and compassionate counseling services that help clients reach their personal goals. With a holistic and empathetic approach, I work to create a supportive space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered. Drawing on my background as both an educator and a counselor, I find fulfillment in guiding youth (16 and up) and adults in recognizing their strengths and transitioning to their next chapter. Whether navigating the impact of Traumatic Brain Injury, addressing past traumas, or overcoming personal barriers, I am committed to helping clients build resilience and become the best version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, person-centered approach to counseling. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution, so I work to tailor treatment and address the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of of each client's well-being. I incorporate modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness practices and more to meet the needs of each unique client.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where they feel seen, heard, and respected as their whole selves—mind, body, and spirit. My approach to therapy is person-centered and integrative, meaning I tailor our work to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and life context.

Together, we’ll work toward increasing self-awareness, identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and building tools for emotional regulation, communication, and resilience. Common goals often include improving relationships, reducing anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, cultivating a stronger sense of self and finding purpose.

My goal is to foster a safe, empowering space where healing can unfold, allowing clients to explore not only their pain but also their potential for growth and transformation, leading to a more fulfillment throughout their life.
