Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I support clients in working through traumatic and challenging experiences and find healing in their own unique way. While I welcome a wide variety of concerns, my focuses are been domestic and sexual violence, recent and ongoing traumatic stress, dissociation, queer and trans issues, and immigration concerns.
Overall, I like to describe my style as "hippie-dippie and informed by the science." In our work together, I can support you with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, as well as other expressive, experiential, and body-based practices and techniques. In addition, I provide immigration evaluations for those seeking support with U- and T-Visa, VAWA, Asylum, and Extreme Hardship cases.
My hope is that you walk away feeling that you not only understand your past intellectually, but feel a deeper, more integrated sense of resolution and self-trust.
