Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins with safety and connection. My approach is rooted in helping clients understand how their brain and nervous system respond to stress, trauma, and everyday challenges. I draw from neuroscience, mindfulness, and evidence-based techniques like bilateral stimulation to help clients process emotions, reduce anxiety, and feel more grounded. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and compassionate—I meet clients where they are and tailor strategies to their unique needs.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect to gain tools that help calm your mind and body, strengthen your resilience, and make sense of your experiences. Clients often leave sessions feeling more empowered, clear, and supported. Over time, many notice improved sleep, less stress, and greater ability to handle life’s ups and downs with confidence.

What you can expect from me

I use a variety of evidence-based techniques including EMDR and other somatic therapies to support my clients.Between sessions, I also encourage clients to use Mind Circuit, the wellness app I created, as an additional support tool. It offers quick, in-your-pocket exercises based on the same techniques we use in therapy, helping you stay regulated and connected outside of our sessions.
