I hold a Bachelors in Psych from Muhlenberg College and a Masters in Counseling & Human Services from Lehigh University. I've worked with a wide range of concerns, including relationship issues, parenting and managing emotions. I've also helped clients who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse and those who struggle with motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and breaking generational cycles.
