Great to meet you!

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or a major upheaval in your personal, professional or home life, I can help you find ways to navigate back to hope, healing, and a more joyous life. I specialize in mood disorders (including bipolar 1 and 2), grief/loss, trauma, and personality disorders in adults. Whether your goal is to find your way through a period of acute difficulty, address long-standing patterns in your life, or work towards being truly happy within yourself, I am happy to help you on your journey.

If you are considering working with me, I encourage you to reach out for a free initial phone consultation. I am happy to let you get a sense of how I work, to answer any questions, and to assess if we might be a good fit!

My approach to therapy

I create a safe environment in which individuals and couples can discover how/why they are stuck in mental or emotional difficulty, and bring a new insightful and healing intention into their lives. I primarily utilize EFT, Buddhist Psychology, DBT/CBT, somatic and trauma-informed therapy. My clients tend to remark that I am exceptionally easy to open up to.

Clients who work with me can expect to take a collaborative approach to setting goals in a warm environment.
