Great to meet you!

As a dedicated and compassionate therapist, I am committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and transformation. With a profound understanding of the impact of relational trauma and life transitions on mental and emotional well-being, I provide a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore and navigate the complexities of their experiences.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a combination of evidence-based modalities and a deep appreciation for each individual's unique needs. I draw from modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and tailor my interventions to the specific challenges presented by relational trauma and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to gain clarity, insight, and practical strategies tailored to your unique needs and goals. You'll better understand yourself and your challenges and how to navigate them effectively. Together, we'll cultivate coping skills, resilience, and a sense of empowerment to tackle obstacles and create positive change. Ultimately, you will leave each session feeling supported, equipped, and motivated to progress toward healing and growth.
