Great to meet you!

I'm Javonni Henderson-Ingram, LCSW and I help motivated people move from surviving to thriving. My work is direct, warm, and rooted in the belief that real change is possible when we address the whole person, not just the presenting problem.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma and complex PTSD, ADHD assessment and treatment, attachment wounds, and relationship conflict. As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I bring clinical depth to ADHD work that goes beyond coping strategies — real understanding of the ADHD nervous system, emotional dysregulation, and what it costs to spend years in a world not built for your brain. For trauma and attachment work, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-focused modalities, working at both the level of the story and the nervous system.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect to warm welcome and an opportunity for us start getting to know each other. This is where you'll be able to begin to tell me your story. I'll ask you some questions to get an idea of possible paths we can take to get you to your goals.
