My approach to therapy

Jessica’s therapeutic approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. She utilizes a non-judgmental, person-centered, and strengths-based framework to help individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, self-harm, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, personality disorders, and disruptive behaviors. Through collaborative efforts, she works alongside clients to help them achieve their personal growth goals.

What you can expect from me

During sessions with Jessica, clients can expect to take away tangible, actionable steps to begin taking to help align thoughts, behaviors and actions to their current goals and personal values. All of this will be done in a warm, supportive and safe environment where clients can feel empowered to acheive anything that they set their mind to. Clients can always expect to have homework! :)
