I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I received my training from the University of North Texas at Dallas. Currently I work in private practice, seeing patients in person in my Buda office, and virtually across Texas.
I practice psychodynamic therapy. We will explore the unconscious patterns that shape your life and relationships. I strive to provide a thoughtful and reflective space in which you can better understand yourself.
My hope is to help generate a increased since of purpose and meaning in your life. Understanding ourselves more deeply is a primary objective of psychotherapy. This often looks like taking a deep dive into the client's family of origin. Through our work I hope that you can come to a deep, richer, more complex understanding of all the facets that make you who you are.
