Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have provided comprehensive mental health services to individuals across the lifespan, with experience working with individuals facing complex emotional, relational, and health-related challenges. My clinical work integrates evidence-based practices with a person-centered, trauma-informed framework. I have provided individual therapy addressing concerns including trauma/complex trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, health anxiety, chronic illness/pain, grief & loss, adjustment disorders, identity development, stress management, and relational difficulties.

My approach to therapy

My style of treatment is person-centered & eclectic. Each of us has a unique story, & therapeutic goals are developed cooperatively with that in mind. As a Christ-follower & seminary graduate, I can integrate Biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual disciplines into treatment per client request.

What you can expect from me

During a first session, there is an intake process and collection of background information, but only at the rate that you feel comfortable sharing. I want to hear your story to better understand your needs and goals, and to know how to support you. My work is grounded in respect, collaboration, and healing-focused.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by stress, trauma, or health challenges, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I invite you to reach out to see whether working together might be a good fit for your next step toward healing.
